How This Work Took Shape
myOver the years, my path has woven together education, coaching, caregiving, speaking, and creative work. I’ve spent time in classrooms, leadership roles, ministry spaces, and small business—always helping people communicate, connect, and move forward with intention.
Along the way, I discovered how powerful it is when someone feels seen in the process—not rushed, not boxed into a template, not overwhelmed by technology.
That’s what led me to create Mic & Manuscript—a name that captured the heart of helping people share their voice, whether spoken or written. As my work continues to grow, it has become clear that what clients value is our partnership.
Today, all of my experiences shape how I approach my consulting and design work.

After years of coaching and speaking, I realized that most mission-driven leaders struggle with the same challenge:
